Over the weekend I container planted two onion bulbs and about 4-5 garlics. I just wanted to do this.... I wanted to feel nature and be part of my own.

Sometimes the least attractive and seemingly most undesirable fruits turn out to be a gem in a haystack such is the bread nut. This has become one of my favourite fruit to prepare and eat in the simplest way. It is quite a filling staple that can be used in a variety. As a side, to make juices, to accompany salads etc.
